Those dancing mortgage ads really get on my nerves, and they seem to be everywhere. Hundreds of thousands of dollars (jiggle jiggle)! For almost nothing in return (shake shake twist wheee)! Somebody needs to stop clicking those ads. Finance is serious business, not an excuse to boogie. ---

There was an article about these in the New York Times a few weeks ago. Apparently they are very successful. I only know about them because of that article. Yay for ad-blocking software! ---

I thought that was the mortgage company shake down…kinda like the Twist (of the interest knife) or the Electr(onic) Slide into Greater Debt… ---

Well, they are seriously making me think of getting ad blocking software. No other company, literally, has so deteriorated my Internet experience: even any individual spammer. And consider that I wouldn’t mind serious jail time for spammers that should tell you something. So congratulations. Even if for some reason I should find that they had the lowest rates, altho I can’t figure out how that would be, i’d pay a good $1000 extra to not go through that company. ---

Those wiggle ads give me the creeps, literally. My skin crawls. The same with the ipod ads. Even the billboards were creepy, the silhouettes of people jiving alone didn’t say “listening fun” to me but “electroction spasms”. But then I would never by anything on the web, so they don’t care if they creep me out. ---

OK, my curiosity got the better of me. I believe this is the first time I’ve ever gone out and _searched_ for annoying ads. Eventually found [this site](http://adverlicio.us/industry/lowermybills_com), which maintains an archive of what seem to be the ads to which you’re referring. Interestingly enough, I don’t remember ever seeing any of them before. ---

Sorry, **Vinyl** ; I didn’t figure that I was sufficiently savvy to help you find a way around your ad blocker. You’re correct with the link you found – it’s usually 3 figures, though. Those big-eyed babies - ack! Even worse! The whole thing makes me feel old - it would never occur to me to seek a mortgage from a dancing silhouette. Bankers are supposed to wear suits. ---
