I always wanted to be a surrogate, too, but I am too old for that now. I used to daydream that I could have babies for Elton John and his beau or for any other gay couple. Yeah, I am strange. ---

I would want to do it. Partly “I should share the work if I can” and partly “I would like to know what it’s like.” ---

It’s probably possible to put a foetus in a male abdomen and implant it into a blood supply on the bowel. Happened to a woman a while ago by accident ( google Miracle Baby Born During Rare ‘Abdominal Pregnancy’ ). However, no surgeon would actually do it on purpose.
