It would only be a dealbreaker if he _wasn’t_ willing to see a doctor or therapist to help with the problem. ---

Not having this issue, I’ve always wondered: Can’t you just get him hard again, and he’ll have a harder time cumming the second time? And if not that time, then the third? And can’t you like put two condoms on so he can’t feel much and then it would take longer? Thanks for the explanation. ---

I always had a hard time with the concept as well (no pun intended). It is perfectly understandable to be a premature ejaculator when you are 14 when even brushing against something pretty might set it off but not nearly as understandable at 25 and certainly not at 40. If you are a premature ejaculator, it means that you aren’t beating it enough to put things bluntly. You have to flog that pony until it is back under complete control again. Get more porn and beat that problem through sheer determination. Men differ but anyone should be able to wear themselves down so that they can still get an erection but have epic stamina. It isn’t that difficult to do as long as you have the will to go the distance. ---

Using two condoms is one of the worst things you can do, at least if you’re using them for protection. They’re much more likely to tear that way. ---

Actually there are very effective treatments for premature ejaculation. Most SSRI antidepressants have the side effect of making it take much longer to achieve orgasm and they are sometimes prescribed off label to treat premature ejaculation. ---
