# Would you donate half a liver to a rich stranger's child for a huge payoff?

Considering I may be killing myself with the operation:

Enough to pay off my house and all my debt, pay for my kid’s college education (in a world where that is getting crazy expensive) and a nice little nest egg to get him started in life, pay for my husband to either stay at home with the kid or hire very good child care and never have to think about money again. At least $10,000,000, I’d aim even higher.
