Didn’t notice any tattoos at all, I was so struck by the crossword puzzle (which I’m apparently alone in being bemused by). As I said in the OP, 20ish, dark blonde hair, not unattractive albeit somewhat grimy. All limbs intact.

Sounds like the local crusties. I would doubly refuse to give that lot money. They’re a bunch of urban McCandless wannabees. Every time I see them in Rittenhouse I start hearing the lyrics to ‘Common People’ in my head.
