I’d like to say that I’d say something, but I was faced with a VERY similar situation a few weeks ago and basically passed the buck. I coach high school debate and I walked into where all the kids are to make sure my students hadn’t made meth labs or something while I was working. I find my entire team whispering and hysterically giggling. "Ms Bellissima, "they say between laughter, “Look!” I followed where they were pointing and to my horror saw somebody’s mom hunched over at a table, 3/4 of her ass hanging out for the world to see. I mean, I was literally seeing an almost full moon. I almost went to say something, but here’s the thing: I can tell if my pants of ridden down even an inch by feeling the breeze on my lower back. There is absolutely no way this chick didn’t realize that her entire ass was hanging out. . . well, I mean, unless she’s paralyzed on the ass or something random. Instead of saying something awkward myself, I instead went to the coach of the school she was there for and made him handle it. Much easier. ---

My instant reaction, on seeing the preview of the OP on the post list, and prior to seeing the poll options, was: “For what, if not situations like this, were cell phone cameras invented, do you think?” I’m sure any of you can guess which poll option I selected, once I opened the thread and saw the poll. 😃 On reflection, I doubt I’d actually do that, though. I’d worry about being seen as gauche or uncultured. Plus, the camera app on my smartphone takes a long time to boot up. ---

Total tangent: I was so freaking GEEKED that iOS 5.1 (released within the past week-ish) added the camera to the lock screen. Fumbling for your phone, then unlocking it, then going to the camera, THEN waiting for it to load up meant many missed shots. Now I can hit the home button and swipe upwards from the bottom right and boom! camera is up and ready to go. ---
