Nevermind the outfit, I wouldn’t even let my kid outta the house with that gawdawful fugly unflattering haircut. Fix that kid’s hair and give back the rest of her dress. And no makeup. ---

I concur that that is a really inappropriate getup for anyone but adults kinking it up (not that there’s anything wrong with that) and would also like to add that Mr. Cyrus manufactures rather ugly children. ---

No, the plot is specifically about how Miley Cyrus and Hannah Montana are alter egoes and she tries to balance her normal life as Miley Cyrus with her stage persona of Hannah Montana, and how she tries to keep anyone who knows her as Miley from knowing that she’s Hannah Montana and vice versa. ---

Thankfully, my daughter (now adult) was not a “girly girl” and wore jeans as much as possible. Forget putting her in a dress. However, the only way I’d want to see that on a 9 yr old is with pants on, little girl shoes/boots and uh yeah, fix the hair. I understand make-up for Halloween, but that isn’t what she has on. I’d be making her face green (ala Wizard of Oz’s wicked witch) and putting on a witch’s hat. As-is, yeah, find her a street corner, 'cause that’s where that look belongs. You can just about see a slight indentation where her belly button is. A bit tight, imo. In general, though, I find it horrifying how much little girls dress like adult women. ---
