Here’s the premise. Would you enter into a relationship with someone that **used to be** a pornstar? They no longer are and have been out of the business for 7 years, and their values and beliefs today align with yours (whatever that may be). They have been completely honest about their past. Would the sole fact that they used to get paid to have sex on camera hinder your ability to have a relationship with them? ---

Given the OP terms, \*\*\*I \*\*\*wouldn’t have any actual reason not to (my mother and sister can go mind their own damn business). I’m not expecting to run for office or have the POTUS offer me a Cabinet/Supreme Court appointment any time soon. The one major drawback though would be any eventual kids, and the [del]possibility[/del] inevitability of schoolmates with good search-engine skills who will dig up “back in the day” pics and vids of mommy in action. Haven’t pondered how to deal with that. ---

This would be one case where we’d be going to the STD clinic together, just for peace of mind. I’d want to see every test before I felt comfortable, and even then I’d pray a little that whatever kind of HPV he had synced up with the ones covered by my shots. Also, if he was particularly well endowed, that could definitely be an issue in terms of sexual satisfaction. I know everyone’s supposed to think bigger = better, but for many women (who aren’t porn stars) it just means pain, always. So, you know, we’d at least have to date first. No proposing to me at the Playboy mansion. ---

No. I know I’m making a rash generalization, but the one (ex-) pornstar I know is an emotional and financial basket case who uses her reputation/looks to maniuplate everyone she comes into contact with. ---

Not many porn stars use their real names, and even if a kid stumbled on a 20-year-old video of Mrs. Delirious, it’s unlikely they would see the resemblance between the 22-year-old and the 42-year-old. Unless she has a distinctive tattoo in a visible place. I think the kids of 2025 are more likely to dig up embarrassing Facebook photos of Mrs. Delirious circa 2010 than anything from the professional porn world. ---

I probably would, as long as it was in the past. I wouldn’t marry an active porn star and I’m betting an active porn star wouldn’t be interested in the likes of me. ---

Sure. I would even consider having a relationship with someone working currently, as long as she’s able to emotionally disconnect herself from “movie” sex. Hey, I’m not saying it would be that easy, but it’s not like I’m such a prize myself. ---

20 years ago when I was single it might have been a deal-breaker due my own insecurity issues. If I was in the position of contemplating marriage with someone now, I cannot see it being an issue. I’d probably be flattered that they would want to marry me after all that sex with women (or men) who are way hotter than I ever was.
