I’m noticing more and more folks here have Colorado addresses. I’ve planned events in the past and have no desire to do anything quite so complex again, but if there WERE to be a Denverdope, who’d wanna attend? ---

I’ll be out of the country (for the first time) during the first two weeks of October. The end of September is good for me. Weekends or evenings are best. Dave and Busters sounds good! ---

It sounds like a good idea, but to be honest, I’d skip if it were Dave and Busters. Can I move for a change of venue? And I’ll second that Mondays work well. I’d be up for it, depending on the day. I definitely don’t want to dictate the date/time, as I have a pretty busy schedule and a lot going on, but Mondays in particular are not so good for me (Japanese class that evening). I also recommend, venue-wise, someplace without a ton of noise. Us being Dopers, we all know we like to talk, and it would be nice if we could hear each other. 🙂 ---

I’d be happy to show up, with polished jackboots and everything, but I’ll be in Ohio until the 27th. Downtown is probably as central a place as there is in the metro area, and if we meet on a weeknight, traffic wouldn’t be too bad. But I haven’t been downtown in ages and have no idea what’s there anymore. I don’t really care though, as long as I don’t have to drive to Boulder. 😛 I’ll go along with whatever y’all decide. ---
