Well, I just got back from three days in the field, only to check my e-mail inbox (on the Web first, before I download anything suspicious). Intriguingly enough, I’ve had two bids cancelled in the last two weeks. Of course, I haven’t made any bids for the past six months or so. I bet they catch a LOT of fish with this one. ---

OTOH, I have been using Ebay quite a lot the last few weeks, (Well bidding anyway, not winning too much.) and the level of phishing emails I have received has went way down. ---

Did you forward them to [spoof@ebay.com](mailto:spoof@ebay.com)? I always do, in the hopes that they will be able to act quickly enough to prevent others from being caught. ---

No, I didn’t this time (as if I did previously). I usually just delete 'em. They’re only recycled electrons for goodness sake. Tripler I like to help our environment. ---

I forward them right off to [spoof@ebay.com](mailto:spoof@ebay.com). I usually get a reply from an ‘Ande’ ( I suspect is short for Android) thanking me for my action and that Ebay will never ask for my…blah, blah, etc.
