Good thread as any to say thanks everyone for the entertainment you’ve provided over the years. Would have subscribed but I don’t like having my credit card details over too many random places on the 'net and didn’t feel I had much to contribute anyway. But I’ve really enjoyed lurking here forever and have learned a lot. A particular shout out list would be way too long so just thanks all. 🙂 ---

It’s like in dodgeball. Everyone who got hit by the ball had to sit on the sidelines for the last few years. Now the Members and Charter Members are catching the balls and everyone is getting back in the game. I have missed seeing a lot of these names and i’m a nobody on these boards! ---

Why not? Everyone seems to be doing it. I remember you, Troy, and a buncha you others as well. I stopped coming by at all for a couple two three years, but have been re-lurking for a year or so. Never felt the need to join up during my re-lurk, but being the cheap Yankee that I am, can’t resist the opportunity to post for free again. ---

I hung out here for a few years prior to p2p and for a while after that, I waited for free posting to come back but I have been lurking regularly. Male. 42. Single with no kids. Houston, Texas. Geologist (not really but I play one in the “patch”). I’m a Lefty politically with a big, wide “Dirty Harry” streak in me. I invest my money in antique motorcycles, firearms and antique-mechancal-American made Pocketwatches, I waste the rest of it. Diabetic, but non-insulin dependent. Thats about it, kinda sad huh?
