I must say, I’m a bit surprised that Orthodox Paganism is so poorly represented.

You kids these days with your candles and your crystals… Bah! Where’s the megaliths, you lazy bastards? Where’s the blood tribute to Tyz the Barrow-King?

Oh my God, son, yes you are. 😃

I’m tellin’ those jokes at dinner this Sunday. Outstanding.
[/QUOTE]

YAY! I’m dinner entertainment!

Then there’s The Liturgy for The Changing of The Lightbulb. The details of which are still being worked out. Look for it in the next incarnation of the BCP. 😃

Basically a non-dogmatic religion - many UUs don’t even believe in God - others however are Christian. Like the Quakers above, we have certain liberal political leanings - generally speaking - and tend to value social justice.

(There are UU Republicans - not too many - but they exist).

Interesting. Might as well look a little further into it.

1. Secular Humanism (100%)
2. Unitarian Universalism (93%)
3. Liberal Quakers (75%)
4. Nontheist (75%)

Given I have no belief in any God, it’s hard to see why I scored anything other than 100% NonTheist.
I think the quiz is lacking … e.g. under ‘causes of violence’, there was no answer ‘religion’.

100% Liberal Quaker
I guess I won’t stop going to Meeting 😃
(btw, re: the OP, the oats thing was just a marketing gimmick and had nothing to do with actual Friends. Several chocolate companies were started by Friends though, such as Cadbury. IIRC, it was to provide an alternative to alcohol, [link](http://www.quakerinfo.com/quakfood.shtml) )

Chocolate?

Now you’ve got my attention. There’s a Friends church a lot closer to my house than a UU church so I might have to look into it.

If it calls itself a “church” rather than a “meeting”, it’s less likely to be a “liberal quaker” type of deal, and might be more similar to your run-of-the-mill generic evangelical christian church.

DO NOT QUESTION THE OMNISCIENCE OF THE BELIEF-O-MATIC.

If the Belief-O-Matic discerns that you believe in God, who are you to question its judgment? If the Belief-O-Matic says you’re a Liberal Quaker, your only response should be: “At what frequency and amplitude shall I quake liberally?”

O holy Belief-O-Matic, forgive this humble sinner. Bless and guide us in the footsteps of righteousness, and save us from thy sacred wrath. We ask this in thy name, Belief-O-Matic: amen.

_Belief-… O-Matic!_
