I was technical director of a Miss Missouri pageant, and… I’ve worked in porn theaters. My family had a summer cabin at a nudist camp. I was the sound engineer of a huge pre-AIDS gay party called “Steppin’ Out” And nothing, I repeat, NOTHING in my fairly eventful life has ever matched that pageant for sheer incestuous creep factor. ---

hey the pornier the pageant the hornier - Fred Silverman approved. These events can gradually wean everyone into looser codes…do it subtly, at first, maybe a 30-biker bukakke splash-off for each of the eight final contestants, something to ease people gradually into a freer, healthier type pageant. ---

Eh, beauty pageants are old hat.
