This was a lousy episode that didn’t make me laugh once, but that may be colored by the fact that I paid $50 for that damn game, and thought it was boring as hell (and had crappy graphics, to boot). Quests, swords, elves, orcs, knights… if someone could come up with something that hasn’t been done 10,000 times, I might be interested. Bah. ---

I love wow. I love south park. I found the episode to be just… blah. I think i chuckled maybe once. It just wasn’t very funny and didn’t do much more to mock the gamer stereotypes than has been done a million times before. Although one of my addict gamer friends did look EXACTLY like the uber gamer in the episode. ---

I got a few good laughs out of it. The biggest was when Butters entered the game as a dwarf exactly like Cartman’s. I kinda felt like the episode was a sly wink to the team that [killed Kerafyrm](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kerafyrm), the “unkillable” creature that finally was brought down by 180+ determined players in a three-hour battle. ---

I thought it was a solid episode; not great, however. It also made me think of those guilds zerg-rushing Kerafym in EQ. ---

This episode was… alright. The best stuff was ‘offline’ - the “world… of Warcraft” lines were funny, and Cartman’s “Hitler/French” speech to Clyde (though predictable) was great. The ‘online’ stuff was pretty much cliche, though, and not really all that funny. “Solid” is a good word for this one. ---

I think the Helm of Narv has something like that. Right now there are things somewhere around half that good in game. 70ish dps 1-handers, if you want to be really geeky, go to [thottbot.com](http://thottbot.com) and growse the items. Gressil is one you would be interested in with a sword rogue. ---

I wasn’t involved in the raid, as I played on another server, but there was a chat channel set up where you could follow the action. The fight lasted about forever, and there was some controversy at the end. Some folks claimed that the raid leader called for all the Wizards to “Mana Burn” , but delayed his own casting so he could get the killshot. Funny thing is, after this epic fight, The Sleeper finally went down…and dropped no loot. Sony never intended him to be killable–didn’t even think it was possible–so he had no loot table. ---

I’ve never played World of Warcraft (and I don’t plan to), but I thought this was a funny episode. I loved Cartman’s little motivational speech: “If you had the chance to kill Hitler, wouldn’t you? Well, personally, I wouldn’t, because I thought he was a cool guy, but still…” ---

I love WoW and hate SP but I loved this ep. The kid looking at porn though was not something I was expecting. I was 99% sure the kid would be lagging or dc’d. Porn just wasn’t as funny. ---

I thought part of the joke was that there was such an uproar about SP kids being corrupted by MMORPGs that Craig’s parents didn’t think to monitor him for porn possession. ---

It was an ok episode. I did enjoy the line, “but how can we kill something… that has no life?” or somesuch. But, talk about the most obvious product placement campaign ever. Aside from it being specifically about World of Warcraft, Blizzard’s logo was excessively prominent in way too many shots. I started to feel like a sucker for watching the show.
