# Wow, that's a great cover of that song

For what it’s worth, I’ve thought that it was a great song performance ever since I first hear it, which was probably not long after it was released in 2001. It was actually recorded about 25 years before that. You can find a post in which I mention it at [Your Ten Favorite Songs](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/your-ten-favorite-songs/840997) .

I have continued to expand my list of my favorite songs as I think more about the songs I’ve listened to. I now have 50 songs on that list. The Sheila Behman version of “Desperado” is still on the list, of course.
