Agreed. I didn’t see Boiler Room, so Vin Diesel’s “wow” moment for me was in Find Me Guilty. A pudgy, yes pudgy and with hair, Diesel does comedy and drama equally well in a court room flick. Not an easy thing to pull off. I was impressed.
You couldn’t? People need to start respecting the performance of actors in non-serious movies.
Heath Ledger was great in A Knight’s Tale. Funny, heroic, romantic, charming He had the touching story with his father.
Not only that, it’s probably Paul Bettany’s best performance (I die every time I hear, “he once spent a year in silence. . .to better understand the sound. . .of a whisper.”)
And, Wash from **Firefly ** is in it.
