What advice would any of you give in regards to writing a letter to Vladimir Putin? What comments/points would you add in to it and what format would you recommend for how the letter should be set up? Thanks! ---

Be sure to start with asking for signed pictures of him riding a bear. It’ll set the proper tone for the rest of the letter. ---

You can do it online if you wish: Send a Letter to the President [http://eng.letters.kremlin.ru/](http://eng.letters.kremlin.ru/) This website also says you can send letters to this address: 23, Ilyinka Street, Moscow, 103132, Russia. As for what comments and points to include, I’d say that’s your decision. ---
