# WTF is with the double posts? DAMN SERVERS ARE TRIPPIN!

just thought I would point out the rather sudden ONSLAUGHT of double and even TRIPLE posts, popping up everywhere. not really a rant with any violence intended more of an awareness thing. there seems to be something wrong with the servers, when I make a post I often have to walk away and come back for the thing to fininsh posting only to find I have a double post. its happening all over the board.

I was thinking the same thing lately. This morning it totally froze, so I had to give up on it and close out. Now I have to go back and check if it showed up after all…

Don’t be so sure about that. I recall seeing a triple post today from a new poster, and their post count read 1. Depressing, I know.

You may be seeing a “one” simply becuase all those tables aren’t updated instantly when the server begins to lag. It is tasked to take care of other things first and then catch up with the bullshit paperwork.
Anyway, since this is being discussed in ATMB, and this topic is kinda inappropriate for this forum, I’m gonna close this thread.
