If you are going to be picky why would you start sentences with And?
In fact, why didn’t you use a comma and make it one sentence.

How many people would be in favor of a huge corporation making large contributions to influence representatives who would then use their legislative power to enrich that corporation in later negotiations with the government?
When is buying a legislator acceptable?

Your points have nothing to do with grammar or spelling. It’s just that certain people around here _cough_ **Frank** _cough_ **Lobohan** _cough_ will try to seize upon minor errors like that and pretend that they completely undercut your point. Along with specious cite demands, that is one of the more prevalent types of intellectual dishonesty that goes on around here.

Too bad there were not many examples of debate on the post besides all this crap. It was mostly a bunch of chimps throwing their own shit at each other.
