I am assuming a thread I posted to in this forum was closed due to discussion of a person of a certain blue/red color, as there was no explanation, no warning, and absolutely no other reason than the mentioning of said poster. WTF?? Last time I checked this _was_ the Pit. And, even out and out insults are tolerated. Have the rules been changed? If so, can we get an update? “No mention of banned posters will be made, or suffer thread closure.” Or some such. Okay, that’s it, I’m done. Flame at will… ---

Well, **Berkut** , considering most threads or offending posters recieve a warning prior to being locked, I suppose I was expecting, I don’t know, consistency, maybe? A reason, at the very least. And, much as DNFTT is encouraged, I doubt the thread I was referencing would have lasted all that long. ---

That particular troll thrives on attention, even DISCUSSION of that troll encourages it to come back again and again. And some people were imitating the troll’s style, and others were admiring it. I DON’T WANT THIS. I STILL have to straighten out the rest of the Moderation forum (I’m organizing threads there) and catch up on my emails from members.
