I am not a computer expert. What happened to the board today? I tried to get on at about 8 or so…and just now got on. It’s about 3:30. I see nothing new has been posted since shortly after 7 am today. I have been jonesing sooooo baaaaaaaad… ---

This happened a while back that I couldn’t get on for an entire day. I went berserk! It’s embarrassing how dependent I’ve become on reading the posts. I felt like a crackhead, scrounging computer to computer for a fix… ---

You guys think YOU’RE bad. As soon as I figured out the board was back, I almost wrote the Gosspel of Sealemon: “Yeah, and on the 12th hour, the holy SDMB hath risen. Rejoice!” If nothing else, it woulda made a killer tax break. * * * You say “cheesy” like that’s a **BAD** thing. ---

Oh, Christ, was I getting paranoid. Allow me to explain: First, my college’s computer center closed the Macintosh lab, my favorite. There was a big sign on the door just saying “closed until further notice”. I couldn’t use the G3s! I was stuck using Wind-blows! Then, I tried to check in between classes this morning, and I couldn’t! I thought that someone was out to get me! But, now the SD is back up, and the Mac lab is open again, too. It turns out they were just having electrical problems. ---
