Well God Bless Oregon! I’m not an expert on Delaware law but Oregon has a law on the books that PROHIBIT law enforcement from gathering or keeping information on law abiding citizens. This might be unique to Oregon though considering the implications this had on 9/11 investigations a year ago:

State Law can vary widely and I personally do not agree with the subversively unconstitutional tactics that our beloved Government participates in (and by subversively unconstitutional, I mean unconstiotutional in spirit, though technically ‘kosher’)
