# WV black lawmaker gets email with KKK graphic and anti-abortion message...also sues. Is this right?

What you, a non-Black woman, think is “indecent” or “outrageous” doesn’t really signify. _She_ says she perceived it as a threat, that she is literally shaken and in fear for her life.

Are you saying she’s lying?
