# WW 2 question

When Congress voted to declare a state of war with Japan, I believe the vote was unanimous in the Senate, with one vote against in the House. Who was the delegate who voted against the declaration, and why?

This was just covered a month ago. IIRC the lady from Montana voted no because she felt that no war should be fought with a unanamous vote. I’ll look for the thread.

For more on what the TM have to say type WWII in search.At least thats how I found it.  
Maybe a better search word would be montana. Less pressure on the system.
