Out of curiosity, how much experience does the Chinese military have fighting wars? Are there any conflicts that are recent enough that senior NCOs and officers cut their teeth on?
On the flip side, China is a huge importer of oil. And our navy is big enough to blockade their imports.
China has land borders 22,800 km long, with 14 contiguous countries.
I expect (but don’t know) that US consumer goods could be harvested for weapons materials and any shortfall would be supplied by one/more of NATO allies. Just like the Commonwealth supplied UK forces in WWII.
Could Russia and N Korea feed and arm China? I doubt it.
