I’ve always wondered this… In the intro to the X-Files, there are two white objects that frame the words “Paranormal Activity” on each side. They look like extending claws or something like that. What the heck are these things?

Haven’t been able to find this in any of the X-Files FAQs.

Didn’t you ever do biology? those are two beans germinating. I always thought the X files intro was very, very cheap looking. Germinating seeds as paranormal activity?

I always thought those elongated white things were supposed to be ghosts.

**Nukeman** , I’ll agree with you that the intro is incredibly cheap-looking. It’s like something a high school A/V club circa 1977 would do.
