# Xbox 360: SDTV vs HDTV comparison?

Hi,

I’m wondering if anyone knows a site that compares screenshots of Xbox 360 games in SDTV and HDTV. I’m thinking about buying a HDTV for my Xbox 360, and everyone IS saying graphics on HDTV are much better, but I would really like to see the difference myself before spending €600. I’ve googled but haven’t found any decent screenshots comparing the two. Any help would be appreciated.

[Here’s one example](http://www.hdtvexposed.com/xbox/madden_06_comparison_hd_and_sd.php) that looks quite dramatically different in HD vs SD.

[Here’s a side-by-side movie](http://video.aol.com/video-detail/god-of-war-ii-sd-vs-hd-comparison-hd/3335450774) that doesn’t show much difference IMO.

I’ve played Halo and GOW on both and the difference is huge at first. Then you get used to the HDTV. If you can afford it I’d definitely go for the upgrade.

Please disregard this example – it shows a Playstation 2 game, which isn’t in HD; I assume the “HD” side of the movie was up-sampled by the monitor from SD.
