Though they usually phrase it more like “When did you realize that your acceptance of whatever the community is about made you a better person than all those peons out there who don’t know we exist.” ---

Every year I try to make the same new year’s resolution: stop bickering on the internet. This year, when we were talking about our resolutions, my wife said “Honey, it’s an election year. Maybe you should wait until next year to stop bickering on the internet.” ---

I thought when he first showed up here that he said something about being the author, and that he came here after he was studying his server logs and noticed a lot of traffic coming from here. I might be thinking of a different webcomic author. I _know_ the author of [Multiplex](http://www.multiplexcomic.com/index.php) showed up here under those circumstances. And actually, I’m kind of surprised that the [Questionable Content](http://www.questionablecontent.net/) guy hasn’t shown up here, given how much we’ve been talking about QC.
