# XP Icon Alignment

Is there any way to have my desktop icons in Windows XP start at the right of the screen?

Sure. Right click and go to **Arrange Icons By** and select **Align to Grid**. Then you can move them anywhere you want. Just make sure you do not have **Auto Arrange** selected.
