Iron Tom Vane A pirate’s life isn’t easy; it takes a tough person. That’s okay with you, though, since you a tough person. You tend to blend into the background occaisionally, but that’s okay, because it’s much easier to sneak up on people and disembowel them that way. Arr! Thanks to its proximity to TLAPD, this past weekend was Pirate Invasion at our Renaissnce Faire. I’ve never seen so many BAD impersonations of Captain Jack Sparrow in one place before. Plastic swords and plastic wigs were in regretful abundance, as was about ten pounds of mascara and more foppish lisping than I care to recall. Yarrgh! ---
