# Yahoo mail not working all day( Feb 1)--anyone else having problems?

My Yahoo mail is seriously damaged! A month’s worth of stuff has disappeared.  
Everything in both the inbox and outbox has simply disappeared --between the dates of Jan 4 and today, Feb 1.

Anybody else have this problem?

I’m sorry to hear that, but no problem with mine.

By the way, if you do need to contact Yahoo!, don’t search google for “yahoo support.” You will get pages and pages full of scammers implying that they are yahoo support.

I have occasionally had all of my **inbox** emails disappear. This happens perhaps every 3-4 months? I’m now careful to put any emails I must keep into a folder, they seem to stay put.

Haven’t had any issues today.
