Our bonus this year is that we made it another 12 months without getting laid off. Oh, and we got a turkey. Gotta love the aerospace industry.
My bonus for the past couple of years has been equivalent to 100% or more of my base salary (my base salary is in the low six-figures range). Other companies in my field also tend to give similiar bonuses, plus housing allowances, etc, that could put the ‘perks’ up to 150% of the base salary.
But I have a hunch that this is sort of sector-specific…
