Okay, this is kind of an odd question that people wouldn’t normally post on a site like this, but oh well.

My friend and I were talking about differant gross things girls had to go through and what we imagined they might be like. Well, a certain topic came up, and neither of us knew about the subject, so here I am…

What is a yeast infection and what are some of the symptoms? What happens if its not treated? What is it from?

It’s a fungus, and can be caused through alteration to acid balance in the vagina due to steroids, antibiotics, etc. More info on the page.

Hmmm… Thank you for your response. I think that pretty much answers all the questions and now I can tell her that I actually went and found out. She will be impresed, (like I actually researched it or something)
