# Yellow Urine in healthy non medicated male

IIRC, with the incompetent general, they deliberately misdiagnosed him with appendicitis, then operated to remove the actually healthy organ, which took him out of action long enough that he couldn’t order his men into some suicidal battle.

It is usually blood clots or kidney gravel, though sometimes it is feces if there is a fistula betwixt bladder and bowel
