First checked with an immigration attorney and they couldn’t answer whether a state ID of driver’s license displays a non-citizen status, so I called PENNDOT (Pennsylvania Department of Transportation). According to Monica, the lady with which I spoke, neither ID bears any indication of citizenship.
this may be a Jersey thing, they compare signatures to those in the book. At any rate the book records which registered voters showed up to vote. Those names can be checked against reality so we can find out how many voters were not eligible.
This work hasn’t been done, it’s a simple statistical exercise, how many voters are 100% kosher, how many voted in the wrong district, how many were improperly cast, how many we’re ineligible altogether. Multiple voting is harder to uncover, but it shouldn’t be impossible, it just takes more work.
IDs aren’t always right. I carried a drivers license with an incorrect address for years, and it’s simple to get a drivers license with different addresses, get a replacement license for your old address, then swap it out for one with the new address.
