I’m beginning to think the “Anya falls in the bunny hutch” scenario is something I saw in the comic series. Perhaps a fellow comic nerdo can verify.
I have nothing useful to add, other than Anya’s fear of bunnies was one of my very favorite things about her, and one of my favorite things about the show. I was always looking for little mentions of bunnies by Anya.

There was a BTVS comic series that ran during the latter half of the series. It lasted more than five years (63 issues). There was an Angel ongoing series, and I think two minis. Most of the supporting characters got their own mini at some point; there were perhaps seven or eight of them. There was an ongoing series about a future Slayer, Fray, and most recently, a limited series Tales of the Vampires.
Total of more than 120 individual issues and graphic novels.
Otto, the reason “mods never seem to edit coding errors when I ask” is the way you ask. If you ask in the thread, as you did, the chances are that a Mod won’t even notice it. The way to ask is to hit the REPORT BAD POST button (the exclamation point button in the upper right corner). That calls it to the attention of the Moderator. Yes, I understand that the “explanation” of that button implies it’s to be used for really bad stuff, but we’ve said time and again, that’s the only way to be sure of attracting moderator attention.

And, of course, let me add that the “origin” story that had Anya on a rabbit farm occurred (in real life) long after she’d had the bunny-phobia, so it was basically a joke/reversal.
I seem to recall reading an interview not too with Emma Caulfield, the actress who played Anya, where the bunny phobia was discussed. The writers never did give a reason for Anya’s phobia and left it up to both Emma and the audience to formulate their own conclusion. I don’t recall reading what conclusion Emma came to about it though. I’d have to find the interview in question.

Ah, sorry, I had forgot about that. Best bet is to report the post above or below, and to say, “Hey, I’m reporting my post which is one above this one, please can you fix the wossname.”
The fact is that Uke and I just don’t have time to read all the threads here, searching for posts that say, “Please fix my link.” We need your help in calling such things to our attention, via REPORT BAD POST or email or similar.
