I went to concerts in the 70s, so my short answer is “all of them.” The on-campus shows I saw in college, where the audience didn’t have to drive home afterward, deserve special notice.

I’ve been to upwards of sixty Dead (or Garcia Band) shows from 1977-95, and I never noticed anyone passed out. Probably because we we all tripping and wired and grinning madly about being there. And dancin.’
Not so many drunks going to the Grateful Dead, at least in the Northeast (NYC, Jersey, upstate NY, New England).
