What could possibly be suspicious about [giving a contract to deliver millions of meals to a one-person company that had already screwed up many smaller contracts so bad it was barred from government work until 2019?](http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/fema-contractor-did-not-deliver-millions-of-puerto-rico-meals-lawmakers/ar-BBIMGaN?li=AA4ZnC&ocid=ientp) Out of the 30 _million_ meals they were supposed to deliver, they only delivered 50 _thousand_. :smack: ---

There’s a Pit thread about this as well. I mentioned there: the owner, Tiffany Brown, is crying ‘foul’ and seeking a $70 million settlement over her canceled contract. ---
