I’d say the answer (as in all things) is 42. Post #40 could have been referring as easily to Reagan (or about half the presidents of the 20th century) as to the current Bush. On the other hand, it took until post #42 for someone to come out and whine that Bush was being bashed, even though he had not been named. ---
