Howdy Y’all! I have been to visit Miss Becky. She chowed down on that pimento cheese sammich so I’m glad I brought it to her. I also chowed down on a pimento cheese sammich and glass of milk before I went. Now I am back at da cave. Half an hour to go. I’m cranking out drawings like crazy - 3 remaining in this pack, plus 3 or 4 more for Monday morning, then I’m out of work again. But Tim assures me he has a lot more to be done. I just hope he gets them to me quickly. C’mon 3:30!!! ---

Sometimes the USPS is perplexing. I mailed a box from southern Merrylande to my sister - a distance of less than 100 miles to the north - and it was routed via Charleston, SC. Perplexing, indeed… And now, I’m leaving. Enough is enough! ---

{{{ **Sunny and Beamer** }}} I’m trying not to stress, have things to do and nothing is falling in line like it should. I’m waiting for a phone call but I need to get into the shower, and sure as shit the call will come while I’m in there. I know my son won’t answer the phone even though the call is for him. His shyness is plucking my last nerve. I have a little makeup bag where I keep all my credit cards, gift cards, discount cards, all that crap. I have another little drawstring bag where I keep the stuff I need for irk. For whatever reason, Ripple wants both of them badly. Like he goes crazy if he sees them. He watches where I put them and when I’m not looking he tries to get them. And he remembers where I put it. I don’t know what his fascination is with them. Today he grabbed the little drawstring bag off my desk while I was eating. The other day he got it and took it in the other room so I wouldn’t see him with it. A lot of times when I’m working I’ll shove the work bag under a cushion on the couch where I can grab it if I need something out of it and I caught him today trying to get under the cushion to get it. Little did he know I had already moved it and put it away. Now he brings me my dirtly laundry. He’ll run upstairs, grab something out of the basket and bring it to me. My fault I guess for offering him cheese instead of chasing him to get it. I guess we will work on getting him to help me do laundry, he can bring me the clothes, one by one, to put in the washer. Take longer to get it done but will make him feel important and happy I think the dog park will help to burn off energy, but I think he needs a job too. ---

So tacos for dinner, the ground beef hadn’t thawed all the way so I’ll make stuffed peppers tomorrow. I’ll have more time then. Should we send in the troops for **Rockin’**? I looked in my son’s room today to chase the dog out and he needs to do some cleaning. He’s usually pretty good, but the dust bunnies are taking over. ---

We have returned from suppin’ at the good seafood place. As much as I love me some shrimpies, I should feel guilty for eatin’ ‘em durin’ Lent I reckon. However, I see no need to go overboard with this deprivation stuff. 😃 **flytrap** that seems like an awful lot of trouble just for some escargot. **Sari** maybe Ripple thinks the little drawstring bags are f-_aaaaaa_-bu- **lous** and wants one to accessorize. Or eat. With a dawg that could go either way. ---

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffeinatin’. _YAWN_ ‘Tis 58 Amurrkin out and clear with a predicted high of 83 and mostly N.O.S. for the day. Temps will cool down to the high 60s to low 70s this comin’ week so say TWPTB. No huge plans for the day which is fine by me. There’s left over bbq and slaw from Thursday as well as sammich stuff so we won’t starve today. I could make some fries. Or not. Tomorrow is Jim’s funeral in addition to deheathenization. His Committal will be Moanday mornin’ at ten-thirty and rain is predicted. **Sunny** glad there is a plan in place and that Beamer is doin’ better.
