About a man spending years underground mistakenly thinking a nuclear war had taken place. But _ **NOT** _ “Blast From The Past”. A clip from this other movie was recently one of YouTube’s shorts but with no identifying information. The clip shows a bearded bedraggled man confronting people who cut into his underground shelter and informing him there was no war.

I’d say My Home Movies, but they are accounted for.
