That is crazy that they are considering stopping the rodent control program because of a stupid punt-kick dog. When you have a dog just for companionship then it is a luxury, that means you have to watch it. What if my dog gets run over by a car should cars be banned? I think the simple solution is that small dogs should be banned from Bryant park or at least not allowed at specific hawking times. Chihuahua lover checking in. Got my first one when I was 13. My sixth one lived to be sixteen. Near the end of his days he was arthritic, going blind and deaf and had suffered several strokes. Yet after each stroke he would find the will to get up and haul his ass around like nothing was wrong. That little dog had a bigger heart and more spirit whan any other living thing I have ever encountered. To me, there is no other dog. _qapla_, MiChi. ---

IIRC, didn’t an eagle try something similar with a dachshund (sp?) not too long ago? I recall it surviving, but having serious lung punctures. ☹ ---

I had a bad, bad habit of calling them Ratdogs. My then 4 year old daughter cured me of that. “Oh Mommy look! Lookit the Ratdog! He’s cute. Can I put your Ratdog, Lady?” ---

Chihuahuas are indeed wonderful animals far better than many a human or their stupidity and so their lack of educating their young of how to treat animals .anyone who do not know shit about chihuahuas may say what they like but as a person who has several breeds of dogs including chihuahuas I can say your post is as misinformed and hateful as I’ve ever seen . you stupid ignorance will lead others into take for granted one of the greatest breeds on earth. stop it now and get information before propagate more ignorance !!! ---
