Every once in a while I turn on the radio to hear a young man saying dirty things to his ladylove whilst a beat that can only be described as “incredibly filthy” drones on in the background. The catch is that this young man never seems to do anything throughout the whole song but whisper. It’s really, really bizarre. What is this song?

Nope, that involves actual speaking/singing aloud. This song is quite uncommon in that it seems to be wholly whispered, not sung or spoken at normal volume.
I believe its’ called “Whisper” (creative) by the Yin Yang Twins. I always change the station because it creeps me the hell out.
