“Roma tomatoes” should be officially admitted as a new SDMB catchphrase. You make a silly comment, get called on it, but don’t want to retract it. What do you do? You link to a website (or get your friend to do so - or both) that shows that the offending word has a different meaning. The very same meaning as the one in which you used it before. Naturally. ---

I hold them in my hand and bite into them as one would an apple. But as romas have no core, I eat the entire thing. Well, except for that little bitty part of the stem. ---
