Works for me. However, I did NOT start the confrontation. The OP says that this drunk fellow did. I did not say it was ALL about me, I realize that you will have consequences. I am making it so that those consequences are not deadly. If you get mad at me OK, at least you are alive to get mad. I have had this happen more then once, so my reply is based on real experiences, not just guess work. None of my friends got more then small bruises. Yes, I am probably not the kind of fellow that you would “hang out” with nor you, me. Works for me. I wish you well.
