[An update on this story.](http://www.wbay.com/Global/story.asp?S=5415953) A judge has dismissed the sexual assault charges against the three idiots, saying there is no law in WI against necrphilia. It seems to me from the above state law linjs, he is wrong. But who knows, maybe courts have interpreted a “dead victim” to refer to someone who actually dies in close proximity to the related charges. ---
