to me there are three kinds of gun owners:

1. Hunters, target shooters, and collectors
2. People who want guns for personal protection and to reduce crime
3. People who want to have guns so that they can fight an evil govt and the black helicopters

4. Criminals

Only if they were like the people in your gun safety class.

Incidentally, a criminal can walk into any gun store and buy a gun just like anyone else. If he’s doesn’t have a record then he’s got nothing to worry about.
And the stats on criminals without records: Well we just can’t know now can we?

No, they were damn rebels ungratefully biting the hand that had fed them and swept English-speaking North America clean of Spanish and French influence during the preceding generations. Also they were unrepresentative of the majority of their own population, and routinely intimidated those who disagreed with them. I think “real nutters” will do.
