According to the esteemed Congresswoman from TX, [Sheila Jackson Lee](http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,93542,00.html), “all racial groups should be represented in the naming of hurricanes”. Before anyone claims I’m all wet or am blowing off about such trivial matters, I think she has a point. Back during the crusade to have male (as opposed to exlusively female) names used for identifying storms, I’ll bet an eye she was one of my allies in that hard-fought battle. I’ve decided to return the favor and start the crusade to make hurricanes names as diverse as possible and call for an immediate reformation. I don’t want to wait until 2007 - I want my diversity now! Here are some recommentations for the National Storm Center panel that makes such decisions 1. Abu 2. Baye 3. Chiam 4. Dusana 5. Esha 6. Fernando 7. Giovanni 8. Hershel 9. Iggy 10. Joe 11. Kagami 12. Leanna 13. Marjani We usually don’t get more than 13 a year, so I guess I’ll stop here ---

She is saying that Sam and Wanda are names of Eurocentric, and thus caucasion, origin. She is not saying that they are white-only names. ---

Yes, because Shiela is SUCH a Black name, right? And because her bitching about “Black names” not being applied to enourmously destructive forces of nature makes since, right? And it’s not like there aren’t better things for her to worry about, like those pesky shootings on the Richmond strip that have been going on lately. And besides…you know what? it really is pointless trying to rebut this.
