I wondered if the responses might be robotic, since I assume there are a lot of entries coming in and it would be difficult to respond to each one manually. Still, it’s good to get a response. One of them also mentioned that the actual deadline is June 30. ---

Are “Moby Dick” references just hopelessly obvious? I assume the judges have seen a thousand of them. Still, this seems like the start of an awfully awful book: **Call me Ishmael II \_ the Revenger.** ---
