Note: My recently deceaced 94-year-old granny on the other hand… if she was still alive – even though she was in a wheel chair – I have no doubt at all that she would have smacked me around and run me into the dirt. One helluva strong granny up until the day she died – if she got ahold of you, you were _doomed_. ---

Hmmmm, mum is larger, taller and stronger, but I’m smaller and faster. I’d probably beat her 2 out of 3 times since I fight dirty. 😃 ---

Well considering my mom is 59 years old, stands at an intimidating 5’4" and gripes about the weight of a gallon of milk, I’d say of course I could. I’ve got 3" on her, am a lot younger, and can fling around a gallon of milk like a ragdoll … with my pinky. ---

Probably. I think we’d be evenly matched because even though I outweigh her by 50 pounds, she’s the type who would fight dirty. But, I couldn’t imagine fighting her, ever. I couldn’t do that to my _mom_. ---

I’m 5’11" and my mom is 5"3". In a yelling back and forth every swear and name we can think of match, we’re at a tie. She knows I could kick her ass if we were in a fist to fist fight. She would fight dirty tho, pulling hair, biting, etc. I fight like a man. If she was in shape and didn’t have back problems and knee problems, it would be a better fight. ---

Physically, sure. She’s, what, 75 years old? Psychologically, never. I could not hit her. OTOH, my daughter could whup me, no problem. She’s taller, heavier, more muscular and meaner to boot. But I can take her in a fencing match, no problem. ---

I guess so. I have like 6 inches and 50 pounds on my mom. Plus I’m always amused when my folks come visit me because a six- or seven-block walk wipes them out, so I’m in a lot better shape. Heh. Desk jobs. ---

You want me to hit my mommy? :eek: Let’s see … I’m 28, I work at a desk job and I have three degenerative disks in my lower back. Mom is 57, does 100 pushups every morning and hauls heavy bags of topsoil around her garden when she’s not working out on the Bowflex. She’d kick my ass. Can I fight grandma instead? I’m pretty sure I could take grandma. ---

My mom is tiny, if I WERE to fight her, I could beat her, but there’s no way I could even lift a finger to her, she’s the greatest mom on the planet. I can’t imagine even thinking of having a fight with her. ---

I love my mom too much to fight her. I’d let her win. If I had to fight, though, I’d win. Only because I’m younger, in a bit better shape. ---

First off, I doubt I could actually bring myself to hit my mom. Oh sure, I’ve been plenty pissed at her, but the thought of actually hitting her is repellant to me. And all she’d really have to do is give me one of those disappointed mom-looks and I’d fall to pieces! Even as a adult I still wither at a mom-look! If for some reason I totally lost all memory and didn’t know who she was, I could probably beat her now–she’s 63 and I’m 36. However, mom at her prime could beat the snot out of me at my prime. ---

My mom is 4’11", I’m 5’3", and we both weigh 118.5 as of yesterday (we checked). She’s 48, I’m 22. I have years of martial arts training, she has recently taken up quilting. I would break her in half. And then feel really, really bad. There is no way I could ever fight her. ---

My mom would stomp my butt into the ground. She used to play wrestle with my brother and I were teenagers. She always put a little extra HMPH to let you know that she was still the boss. And yes, she’d fight dirty. She also doesn’t give up. Broke a bone in her UPPER arm arm wrestling her husband a few years ago.
